  • I've been to The Thumb and Cobblestone for washes and have never had to wax my car afterwards! Worst wash I've experienced in my 10 years in Scottsdale. Came here based on the high ratings. This wash left marks on the windshield, hood and corners on my new SUV. Vacuums are not as great as the new ones up the road at Cobblestone. The SUV came out pretty wet and I had to spend a long time using the air sprayer and my own towel to dry. There were no towels in sight. I will NOT take any of my cars here again and would recommend The Thumb for newer cars! They don't clean as well but at least you're not buffing out scratches!!!
