  • This time I had Paula for my advisor and she was nothing but awesome for my visit. I had to get my battery looked at and I ended up getting it replaced. Paula kept me updated on almost everything on the car, much appreciated! Most advisors just rush you and are pushy but she did not push me a lot or nag me about approving the battery. Thanks! I do not like visiting the dealership (as most people don't) because it obviously means money is to be spent...usually large portions but I don't worry about it much because the employees seem great and are friendly for the most part. I know my car will be taken care if good and I will be treated very friendly. And I work in a dealership so I know as soon as a customer leaves and what goes on but everybody is awesome here. Also Tony the shuttle driver was an awesome guy as he gave me a ride back to work and is a good conversationalist.
