  • I came into today and was hit by obnoxiously loud music. The staff was actually commenting on how this was when I placed my order. You could here every word of the lyrics as though we were in a dance club. Planning to work on a paper with my coffee, I asked if they could turn it down. I was told that this was a 'loud song' and they would turn it down if it was still too loud once the song had finished. Shockingly, the next song was also REALLY loud, and so I went up a second time and asked for it be turned down. I was given lip service and the music remained totally inappropriately loud. I couldn't focus at all and left.
