rev:text	I took my vehicle here after it was hit. The process had some good, bad, and ugly to the whole situation. The good: They stand by their work and will make sure the job is fixed and you're happy. That's incredibly important and the biggest saving grace to this place. bad So when repairing the car and repainting it looks like the paint is off, this may be due to the fact that the color is fresh and hasn't been hit by the sun as long. Car window cover nobs were popped out. I don't know why they were, but it happened. I didn't want to leave my car any longer because I had waited long enough already. Had to take my car back a second time because not all problems were fixed (They did fix it for no additional charge, but it was their fault they missed it) The ugly: The time to get this done was BAD! The first repair on the car took about a week which was understandable. I had to get a rim replaced though and they kept the car for over 5 days which I didn't have the rent a car. It makes me wonder if I needed any of the major work they said I needed. I may have been just been good to get two new rims. They do good work, but I felt like I was getting yanked every which way. Luckily I had rides that I could get, another may not. That's why I'm giving a 3 star. To give the benefit of the doubt, but 2.5 would be what I would put. I would go back, BUT wouldn't be thrilled. Long story short Good work, but can be slow such is a problem with a good mechanic. Nick's a great mechanic, but maybe a bit stretched thin.
