  • Made an appointment a week early for an O2 sensor replacement and even supplied my own part. When I walked in there was no one in the front, there was no AC inside for customers, the phone was ringing off the hook, and the guys outside looked like they could care less. I stood there for a full, actual 15 mins with no acknowledgement before leaving.
