We have been members of InTouch for several years. I went there the first time to use the shared branch service for a deposit to my Seattle credit union. I was so impressed by the personal customer service I and later my wife opened accounts at InTouch. I often recommended InTouch to other people because of the outstanding customer service. Well, all of that has now changed. Last year our local branch was closed and all of the tellers were removed from the other branches. Replaced by machines. Customer service out the window. They even removed the change machines. What stupid moron or group of morons made these changes?
I complained long and loud to the local management and to the home office in Texas. All a waste of time. For example, I went into the Henderson, Sunset branch and after about 5 minutes of being ignored turned around and walked out. (Note: I did enough business there that they know me by sight.) I was noticed leaving and they called me at home a little later. I again complained long and loud about the removal of human tellers and bad customer service.
So, I've started transfering my money to another credit union. They may be saving a little money on their machine tellers, but they have lost me as a customer.
