  • They were referred to us by our home warranty company. We had an appointment on Thursday and allowed access to the yard, because we were at work during the time of the appointment. We did not receive any notification that day as to what the problem was or if it was repaired. When I got home, I tried to start the heater and it was still not working. I called their office on Friday and was told that the technician had been to my home, but that the report had not been turned in, so the person I was talking to was not able to provide me with any information. On Saturday I received a group text (with 6 other phone numbers included) that the technician would be able to come out sometime on Sunday. So basically, the guy I talked to on the phone Friday lied to me. I was annoyed. Sunday night at 7 pm I received a phone call from the tech asking if he could come and look at it. I agreed. He had handcuffs hanging from his back pocket. I was a bit alarmed and was thinking about the unprofessionalism of the group text with his cheesy selfie attached and started to wonder if this really is a technician or if I'm about to be handcuffed and God knows what else. He did nothing but do a visual inspection and tell us that the heater was old and should probably be replaced. He tested nothing with his tools, offered no explanation. He said that he would try and replace some part to see if that would help. At this point my husband and I were discouraged. We didn't select this company and felt that the $60 we were required to pay for a service call was wasted. Luckily, our home warranty company was very sympathetic and assigned us a new company and waived the fee. My overall opinion is this company is that it is shady. The office person lied to me, the tech was completely unprofessional and my spa is still broken. Don't waste time or money with these people.
