So far I am completely unimpressed. There's been extremely poor communication on service kings part from day one. My vehicle sat in their facility for 4 days untouched until I finally called them to check the status....to which I was told that they hadn't even looked at it because I needed to come sign some papers. Really? You couldn't have called me to let me know this the day you got it? Then, I called about a week later to check the status (since I had heard nothing from them yet again) and was told that my car should be done by the 31st (it went in on the 16th). They service guy tried to tell me that he had left me messages but I'm calling b.s.. I finally began to get status updates via text messages on the 22nd with the last being last evening on the 29th telling me that they were still on target for the 31st. Today, no text, no call, no communication until I finally called them at almost c.o.b., and after being transferred from voice mail to voicemail I FINALLY get my service advisor on the phone where, after much hemming and hawing he informs me that it may out may not be ready by next Monday....But he will call me tomorrow....right! I'll keep you all posted....don't hold your breath though....I won't be....
