I opened a claim early this month. Within hours they charged me for the deductible. I heard from the representative, Sean Henson, the next day. I was trying to figure out my options for getting the phone fixed because I did not live near any places that could fix it the same day. I decided to mail it in for repair and agreed to a loaner phone. Then BAM, no more responses from Sean. I have tried to call customer service and always have to leave a voicemail. No one has called me back, no responses from Sean. But you can bet they charged me that $70 deductible right away!!! I ended up paying out of my pocket to have my phone fixed elsewhere and will most likely have to go through my bank to get my money back from esurranty since they are ignoring my calls and emails. Do not recommend!
