  • Worst worst worst experience ever !!! Hands down one of the worst experiences I had ( yes had to repeat it). I reserved a vehicle so I can leave from Las Vegas to AZ. When I arrive to pick up my vehicle they tell me since I am a local I cannot have unlimited miles when my terms clearly say unlimited miles. I then ask to speak with a manager and all they basically say is oh well it's policy. I then say so if I had a license from another state I can drive as long and as far as I want ?? How do I get screwed being a local. Anyways they had an attitude on top of the policy and I would never ever mention this in a positive sentence. I called the main office and ask for a supervisor which they would not provide. Worst review and company I had ever experienced. If I could go negative stars I certainly would.
