  • I'd give less than a star if I could. I've booked this company so that I could go out of town for a medical procedure. I booked them, met with them, gave over my keys. EVERYTHING WAS FINE AND SET. Then TODAY - just a few days before I'm to leave - I get a call saying that they are not going to fulfill their end and actually do what I hired them for. They said its due to the 'safety of my neighborhood'. I call bs. If this is true then why take my keys in the first place? I called and asked for my keys to be returned - since I'm disabled and unable to walk or drive - and they won't even return my keys to me properly. They SAY they will mail them which means I will likely have to spend MORE money to have MORE keys made. This company is full of lies and not committed to fulfilling their word. They don't deserve your business and they will never EVER be trusted with mine.
