  • Went to Earnheart thursday for a shifting problem with my 07 Pontiac Solstice. Larry the service Director told me the steps to be taken and Tim the service writer told me a few things that I did not know and said that they will take care of this. I was called on Monday to come and get the car and it was nice to drive the car again with no problems. Thanks Earnheart Service Manager Larry & Tim the writer for taking care of the problem and to the Mechanic that performed the work a Big Thanks for all schooling and Professionalism you showed in completing the work to my satisfaction.
