  • I had heard of Elite Lash from some friends in my Biology class at ASU and loved how they looked! I finally decided to make the jump and get them as I am leaving for a trip soon. I went for the $25 training deal that they had going on. (With such a great deal I didn't have my expectations too high). My girl was great and made me feel comfortable while getting my set on. It only took around an hour and I loved how they looked!! Unfortunately a few days later I noticed an odd gap in my right eye. The owner had texted me for a follow up (which is why I'm giving 5 stars because THAT alone is great customer service to me!) and I expressed my concern. Jen got me in that day right after I got off work. No hesitation and no scheduling, she made it work for me. We talked and it could have been many things that caused the lashes to fall out, but more than likely it was me tossing and turning in my sleep! LOL! Jen and all the girls that work there are very complimentary and make you feel pretty! I love my lashes and I love the great customer service I received!
