  • I walked into this store to buy chocolates for Mother's Day. The store was busy with a long line. I think Warren Buffet must have decided to go with the "I love Lucy" chocolate episode act for the day. Lucy and Ethel were the only 2 working behind counter and could not mentally keep up with the growing lines with their apparent flusterings. Their comedic inability to multi task did not help with customers who could not make up minds on which chocolate to choose and kept wanting chocolate choices listed under the "out of stock" list. Poor Ethel looked like deer in head light only kept glancing at the wall clock for her shift to end, but to be met by an unfortunate phone call for a large special order. I think Lucy at some point started to tell the people in line with rolling eyes that the Chandler Mall store has more chocolate selections left. At that point, I paid for my box of chocolates. Asked for a sample truffle and bid Lucy adieu. The chaotic service would have landed this store a 1 star from me, but the side comedy earned them an extra star.
