Great views of Las Vegas at night! Main problem is that you don't have a "chance" to get off the bus for a Downtown Walking Tour -- you MUST get off the bus and walk quickly behind the tour guide for an hour.
We have limited mobility and canes (one of the reasons we took the BUS) and could not keep up with the young man who was the tour guide. We were not given the option of remaining with the bus. We found another tour guide from a competing company and she was very nice and showed us where an ATM machine was and where we could get a Taxi back to where our car was parked (which we did).
The bus driver and tour guide were nice enough -- it's the BigBus policy and the forced walk for an hour (without adequate warning) that is causing us to report this. We also plan to see if the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) laws were broken here.
