  • Pro's Friendly staff (from front desk, to janitors, to housekeeping) Large, 9' deep indoor pool (super deep for a hotel) Jacuzzi with HOT water Free cookies at check in FREE internet (like the only big chain I've ever seen that at) Modern, attractive rooms Modern, attractive lobby Plenty of soaps and lotions in an attractive bathroom Pillows and bed were very comfortable LCD TV Con's Elevator was so slow it was a joke. Vents in bathrooms make it very easy to hear whats going on in other rooms, I'm sure my neighbor enjoyed hearing me vomit all morning. Downtown Cleveland has swarms of gross bugs. Protip: try to catch a parking metered parking space in the front of the place. They are free on Saturday and Sundays
