  • If I could give Zero stars I would. UPS should not allow an additional fee to be charged when people and business advertise that shipping charges are all set and you just need to drop off a package at a location for pick up. This is shameful and ridiculous. This is one of the reasons why I prefer to use USPS! Whoever is allowing this are greedy MFers!!
