  • Extremely dissatisfied pet owner. The veterinary technicians Michelle and Jean, as well as experience doctor/surgeon Michael Brinkmann are extremely overconfident in their abilities to be able to treat or cure eye diseases in animals. After 4 months of consistent treatment and one very expensive surgery, my 5 year old canine gained no benefit from their medical service. Her eye disease is just as bad as it was before we started treatments with V.O.S., NO improvements at all. When I canceled my dog's last scheduled appointment the staff demonstrated ambivalent attitude towards my dissatisfaction and almost seemed relieved that I was not returning. Neither the staff or Dr. Brinkmann ever followed-up to find out why I was canceling their service. I have now assumed that they just don't care or they just don't have time to care. I know that the majority of clients have been very satisfied with Veterinary Opthalmology Service, but their recommended treatments did nothing to help us. I feel obligated to warn other potential patients that, if you are choosing V.O.S. and Dr. Brinkmann for your pet's health needs, be aware that they are not the great experts as they would lead you to believe.
