This review is for the event staff and primarily for the third floor area including the foyer and grand ballroom.
My best friend was recently married here and I was a member of the bridal party. Amber and Ally (event coordinators) couldn't have made the event more stress free for all of us. They were amazing and truly thought of everything.
One mishap occurred the day before the wedding for the rehearsal. There was a miscommunication on what time we would be coming to run through the ceremony and we weren't able to come until later than the venue expected. Amber and Ally quickly arranged for some staff to stay late and did not allow us to experience any stress over the issue. Amber was AWESOME running the rehearsal, giving tips, helping with little children and managing a HUGE bridal party.
The day of the wedding was incredibly smooth. Amber and Ally somehow managed to keep everything moving forward perfectly without their presence ever being noticed. They were true professionals.
After the wedding, S&S and Amber and Ally were extremely accommodating as far as allowing us to leave gifts and food for later pickup, etc. It couldn't have been a smoother experience with them and the guests loved the venue. I would definitely recommend!
