They want to be good, but they're still just a car dealer trying to make a buck however they can. The Genesis line is a great automobile that wants to be a luxury line. The car itself is there. However, you can tell immediately that this is not a Mercedes or BMW dealer. The whole employee compensation by survey concept is over the top. I've had numerous employees beg me not to give them anything less than a 10 on the survey because they "can't come back from that". Really? I don't mind answering a survey once in a while, but don't guilt me into giving you a perfect answer? Just provide good service. I don't think this is an employee problem. Shame on the leadership team for putting their employees in that situation.
Also had my rims scraped and the valve stem caps left off (stolen?) when using their valet service.
They are a bit unorganized and still trying to negotiate like a discount dealer. Gave them 2 stars, because I love the car and the value is great. They need a culture change if they're going to play in this space.
