  • I called after seeing all the great reviews for a small kitchen job. The gentleman who answered the phone took down all my info and said someone from the Oakey office will be contacting me. A few days go by, nobody calls. I called again and asked for the Oakey office directly, it just rang and rang, nobody picked up and no option to leave a message. The next day I called one more time and let them know that nobody has reached out to me. He apologized and said he'd let them know. Charles finally called to schedule a time to come out for an estimate. I agree and we end up texting a few times regarding what style of cabinet etc. I said that I wanted to see the white options and if he could bring samples. He said he would try. Day of the estimate, I'm rushing home to get there in time and he calls just a few minutes before the time he is supposed to be there to say he isn't coming and that he double booked the time. Seriously! Minutes before our appt. I let it go and we rescheduled. The second time he showed up for the appt, took some measurements, tried to keep focusing on the other side of my kitchen, when I specifically told him that I'm only working on the blank wall for now. I asked if he brought the samples for me and he acted like that was a strange request and said he was too busy and didn't bring anything. I asked if I should go down to the office and see the cabinets and he said that there's no reason. They just order what you want. Okay... why even have 2 locations and advertise stopping by to check it out if there's nothing to see?! He ends up writing down the measurements and says he'll get back to me. I had to stop him before leaving to get more information such as; when will I hear from you, how does the whole process work, what's the time line, etc. he goes over that information, fairly quickly and then asks for my info.. again. I provided it on the phone already. Approximately 4 days later I received the quote. I took some time to review it, looked at my options and then I emailed him back with some changes I was interested in about a week or so later. I also texted him letting him know that I responded to the quote via email and was awaiting a response. Well guess what.. never got a response from the email or texts. Just disappeared. I was beyond patient with the initial problems trying to even contact anyone and with the rescheduling of the estimate. Should have trusted my gut at that point and said never mind. Maybe the smaller jobs just aren't worth it to them. Definitely not impressed!
