  • Staff is always friendly and I love the Gold Member choice option. I can't fault Hertz for the location of the rental car center like I've seen others mention, so my rating is based on Hertz controlled issues solely. My one concern is that I consistently get dirty cars (especially windows) from this location in Phoenix. I've asked the check out person about it and they just say to write a complaint. If they could just fix this one issue, then this would be a five star review.
