  • This is the 3rd time I've used Closet World, yet this time was a little bumpy. The worst part was my designer Lee, she hurried though the design process at the house; however, it is possible she was like that because I told her I've done this before . A few days later I needed to change my plans and she took care of it very fast, but the day of install the crew installed the original plan. Somehow the changes never made it to final production. Needless to say that the install was wrong. I tried several times to reach out to Lee to see what we could do about the mix up and she never called me back. I never got a courtesy call from her or a follow up. I am very disappointed with Lee and hope I do not get her again. On a positive note, Craig is fantastic. He's grumpy on the phone but he took care of me, called me back when he said he would and made sure in the end I was a happy customer. I like this company and plan on using them again.
