  • I got assigned these guys by my home warranty. I did place the order on the Saturday of Labor Day weekend and didn't hear from anybody by Tuesday so I called them directly. That was the only poor spot. And I can see with other repairs that this would not be good. Nonetheless, they called back and a tradesman came out named Usiel. He rang my bell with a new disposal in hand. No screwing around to see what could be fixed. He gently removed everything from under my kitchen sink. Didn't mind my cat being there overseeing the whole project. Within 15 minutes he was done and put all of my stuff back. I've been waiting 3 weeks now for my dishwasher to be fixed by a company that they set me up with. Took a day off of work only to have the contractor call at the end of the window and explain that his truck broke down. Arggh!!! EPP took care of business. Thanks guys!
