rev:text	THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have a home warranty through american home shield. They sent out this joke of a company, Advanced home services. These people wanted me to pay them an additional $560+++ in addition to the costs AHS would pick up. Here is what they were charging me: $130 for permit ($22 is actual cost), $110 for insulation (which came with hot water heater in box!) $95 for drip/sediment pan ($17 actual cost at home depot), $60 removal fee (my trash guys pick up for free) and $165 for one other "code thing" which I think I stopped listening at this point. So they tried to get extra money out of me to make up for the shitty reimbursement they get from AHS. WOW this is very unfortunate for other woman or elderly person or just anyone whom has no other option. YOU PEOPLE ARE A DISGRACE AND KARMA IS A MOFO!!! BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!!
