  • This company claims to be a do it all kind of company for cooling and heating units. After five days of trying to fix our ac unit, Maricopa Air not only replaced parts that didn't need to be replaced, but I was charged over 400 dollars for them as well. Even with 30 years of ac experience that the owner and his tech claim to have they were unable to complete repairs to a residential a/c unit. The owner does not return calls and knowingly sent out a tech who was not knowledgeable of repair in this field. The owner does not take the time needed to diagnose the problem. You are made to feel like you are not a priority on his list. Finally, he allows his technicians to just walk into your house without ringing bell or knocking on the door, or notifying you of his arrival. I found his tech standing in my hallway. This company is not what they say they are. They are installers not repair people. I would say to definitely to consider someone else if this is what your needs are. ·Just as a side note..the service was bad enough I have filed a complaint with the Registrar of Contractors and BBB.
