Went to this place because my normal place Tubi Nails in Glendale was all booked up. I got a full set that was done pretty good. After 1 day my nail cracked from me opening an appliance in my home , and when I asked them to fix my nail the staff became irritated when I called. I stopped by to get my nail fixed and was treated rudely and the staff spoke in their language, rolled their eyes and so on. While fixing my nail the lady told me she was going to charge me 3.00 and I can only pay in cash, in which I don't carry cash. The lady then said I will cut your nail off if you don't have the 3.00 in cash, and at that point I felt it was necessary to get up and leave before allowing her to finish the nail because that small petty amount of money and 1 nail was not worth the B.S. When I got up to leave I was grabbed by the lady who scratched my arm, in which I had to polity move her out of my way. Do Not go here! It's not worth it pay an extra 5-10 dollars and go to Tubi nails in Glendale which you can have a real "pampered experience" and not be assaulted! Originally me being from The Bay Area I have never had this problem, but I guess this is how some of the people in Phoenix run their businesses, and as a result lose customers who actually tip well LOL. So until I move back home to the Bay I will pay a little extra and drive a little further for quality service. I guess that's why this place is in Walmart because you get Walmart service, lesson learned for me!!!
