First of all I wanted to commend the crew on their impeccable service here - they really know how to make you feel special. Somehow this always makes the food taste better!
All of the tapa choices for the evening were picked out by our server - how could we say NO to all of her choices -Foie Gras baked with black truffle, prosciutto bruchetta, brussel sprout citrus salad that will knock your socks off, lobster paella, green apple fennel & fig salad, bacon-wrapped figs, exotic cheeses...did I get them all?? WOW - it was richly fantastic. I have discovered a white sangria - and even got the list of secret ingredients!
This was a true delight and epicurean journey!
