  • Again, completely unprofessional and you are now arguing on my personal review of my 3 girls which you failed to address the recommendations you gave of the other two? You've proved my point on your unprofessional approach and your lack of kindness. I'm glad you have other patients that love your practice, this is again my experience and my opinion, exactly what yelp is for. As you can see from using the transcription on my voicemail it's a little off, however you can clearly see where she she apologizes for her recognized behavior.
