  • I would be generous giving them one star. Ordered a termite inspection and treatment on home that is vacant and going on the market( after I had noticed some termine activity). I received a call to let me know the service was completed to try and sell more services.The inspection and treatment was done on Monday 9/15, I requested acopy of the report at least once daily until I finally received one Friday the 19th. They sent me the techs rough draft. No mention of any activity found in the home!! Office manager was full of excuses and showed no urgency to get issues addressed. The owner called me and said he would go back out on Friday afternoon to do another inspection and clean up areas that they messed up installing "barrier." Received a call from Harrison, he was the one who went out this time, not the owner. He said he found and treated 7 locations but STILL missed 2 that I had noticed. REALLY! ! I have emailed themm several times and now it is Monday and I have not heard back from them. And they've managed to stay in business since 87?? Definitely not worth the headaches of dealing with them.
