I've been very happy with the pharmacy at Smith's Southern Highlands for many years. I recently had some difficulty with my insurer and Smith's alerted me by text that my family's cards were invalid. I printed temporary cards and took them into the pharmacy. It was busy but the tech was able to run the temporary cards and sort out the problem quickly. I noted that they had a lot of staff working at the busy time of the afternoon, 2 pharmacists and at least 3 techs. I assumed that I would have to make another trip for my meds once the insurance issue was resolved but I got them right then. I was very pleased with the way this was handled.
