Please don't do what I did and ignore all these bad reviews. This place has horrible reviews for a reason, I decided to give this place a shot because of the descent prices and I wish I hadn't. They truly do not care about customer service. I bought a whole bedroom set from bigs and was told by the sales person I would receive my furniture in 1 week. A week goes by no furniture, I called multiple time to find out where my furniture was could never get ahold of someone because the call would either get hung up on or go to a voicemail box that was full. We finally had to go to the store in person to find out where our furniture was. I was told the salesperson who told me my furniture would be there in a week should not have said that and he no longer works for the company. I did not get my furniture till almost a month later. The day it was delivered I noticed there was a crack on the bedframe that I knew would become worse over time. I called bigs furniture everyday for over 3 weeks and again had a hard time getting someone on the phone. When I finally did get someone I was told my concern would be given to a supervisor and I would hear back, of course this never happened. Now many months later the crack has gotten bigger and my bed is about to break. I have called bigs again to either get a refund or for them to replace the frame, I was rudely told by Dom an associate that essentially this is not there problem as they did not cause the damage and the manufacture will not replace it. I will just have to by a new bed. If you enjoy being treated horrible this is the place for you. But if you want to be treated like a human being who values their hard earned money, please go elsewhere.
