It has great reviews, but I just found this place... okay. It's located in a little center that looks completely new... yet abandoned. There were only a couple of cars in the parking lot right next to this place. The interior feels old even though the exterior looks new. There's a bar and a few tables. It is the kind of restaurant where you pay at the cashier/hostess stand, which is located to the left when you walk in. They sell little trinkets and stuff inside and on the cashier/hostess stand - like lollipops and decorations. There are photographs everywhere of customers. Seriously. Everywhere! Half of the menu is pasted on the walls on pieces of paper. I'm not even kidding. It looks the employees made up rolls, and instead of adding new items to the actual menu, they drew on paper like elementary school children. Some of them are ripped and falling apart. I think it takes away from the seriousness of being an actual business. I ordered jalapeño tempura and a shrimp tempura roll. There was a lady sitting next to me, and I noticed they gave one of my rolls (the jalapeño tempura) to her. I could tell. They quickly took it away and told her they messed up. The guy hid it behind the bar, and then, he handed it to me after a couple minutes. Really?! Thank goodness I noticed that the lady hadn't touched it. Otherwise, I would've totally asked for a remake. Instead, I kept my mouth shut. It was okay. It probably would've been a lot better if I got it fresh. The shrimp tempura roll was just okay as well. I'm sorry. I just didn't enjoy my experience very much here.
