I have been a Customer of Verizon 10 + years. I paid their high prices for the good customer service. In the last year and a half their has been a drastic decline.
The Store Manager and the employees have really gone down hill. There is NO follow through. When they say they will take care of something it does not happen. When they are to her back to you, they never do!
For this reason and the cost and I flexibility of Verizon I ported my phone to t mobile: NYE experience was so refreshing and easy. Not like Verizon where everything takes hours to get done, if done at all! Coat was much less and so far, the service is equal.
I recommend making the switch. It's time for Verizon to make some changes to earn our business
