  • called and was asked to hold ok, waited 5 minutes and hung up. Called back and was willing to be put on hold if the woman could answer a yes/no question. She couldn't answer a yes/no question because she had another caller ahead of me. 15 minutes later she came to the phone and the answer was no. 20 minutes on hold to answer a yes/no question. Ouch
