Convenient, street-level location near the corner of Dundas and Spadina. Makes its money on Dim Sum where it is cheap on weekdays before 11 am (all items @ $1.85) but the quality is also very pedestrian. (notable: deep fried stuffed eggplant; siu mai; har gow; sticky rice; stuffed beancurd rolls). They do have a good lunch menu (12 - 3 pm) that offers a variety of fairly decent tasting rice and noodle dishes between five and seven bucks. Service is adequate. An OK Plan B where other, better restaurants are full or too far away.
