  • I will start by saying the 1 positive of this place, great front desk she has great customer service she was a pleasure, curtis the service manager is the absolute worse individual i have encountered. He promised to correct multiple incorrections in my vehicle charged me 300 dollars to change only a power steering pump. He lost my original paper work in less then 24 hrs from the initial consultation he did to my car that stated all the things he promised . I returned to get my pump changed and have been waiting over 2 and a half hours, i go wait by my car for the mechanic because he supposedly was in the bathroom for half an hour and walked out smoking a cigarette and texting saying we have to wait another 25 mins for the job to be done. I am more than upset and would never recommend anyone getting anything more than an oil change at this place. Again CURTIS was a nightmare and scammed me out of 300 dollars for a 30$ pump, saying his work was worth more then 200$+ an hour. 300$ isnt something every person has to just throw away. Ive never been so disappointed with my mechanics as i am now.
