Drinks at this location are so inconsistent. But even my best experience at this store is lackluster. I used to work for Starbucks and know the standards of a typical latte. My milk is always oversteamed. A latte should be 148 degrees unless specified extra hot (which will put it at 156). I can tell you that my milk is burned 90 percent of the time (which means anything over 180 degrees). As a result the milk becomes more aerated and by the time I can take a sip of it (which is 15 minutes later because it's so hot), half of the latte has disappeared from the milk finally settling. Their drive thru is painfully slow most days but I can tell they're making an effort to increase their productivity. My main concern is the quality of the latte I'm purchasing. The only reason I still frequent this location is because it's a stone's throw away from my work. These baristas need some training on basic latte skills ASAP.
