  • Ashley's Furniture gets 1 star merely because it's mandatory. I'm a soft hearted generally patient person whom as never been so utterly disgusted with a business before in my life. My plea for those reading this is this: PLEASE avoid spending your hard earned money at this establishment!! The customer service, the information sharing between store and warehouse and the sales associate's follow-up are highly dysfunctional and disjointed. They fooled me the day of the sale. I had no clue how badly I would be jerked around after I paid $5,500 cash for my furniture. I lost count of all the missed deliveries, damaged merchandise and lack of returned phone calls. DISGUSTED
