Really, why can't the minimum rating be 0?
After getting the worst food poisoning of my life at the buffet, I have spent considerable time and energy on hold, driving back to the casino to file a written report and wait 30 minutes before being told someone will call me back once the report I filed was investigated, and especially in pain and cold sweats over toilets and trashcans. The discomfort was rather severe. Diarrhea, vomiting, the resulting dehydration and lingering weakness, headaches, and more!
After calling back 3 days after filing the initial report and being told the report was not yet finished and that I would again be called back within a day or two, I called back once more today and was told I would be again be called back. This is unacceptable. The report is allegedly finished but how would the buffet (ate almost primarily prime rib and peel-n-eat shrimp the last Saturday night of 2015) know unless anyone was checking anything? You know, following through in any facet of customer service by any single person who has been involved thus far.
I have persisted only because of how poorly I have been treated and been made to feel physically initially as a result of this establishment's obviously rampant negligence. The lower-level security staff I talked to at the security desk when forced to return to the casino to make a complaint were the only ones who have been both as helpful as they can be and efficient about it.
Requiring someone you have made ill to physically return to your location is offensive enough to begin with. Just another casino that doesn't care about the people it profits from. Spend your money elsewhere.
