Actually, I would give ZERO stars. Terrible company with deceitful sales practices! When told they had "their own internet", I asked if it was provided by a third party. They said NO. I said good, because if it was CenturyLink, that's a deal-breaker. When they came to install, one tech came to install dish, and guess who came to install internet! I was LIVID! Have had nothing but trouble with the internet from day one. Called them to cancel service and they want to charge a SIX-HUNDRED DOLLAR early termination fee! Oh, and yeah...salesman also said there were no early termination fees. This company is horrible! Anyone else with this experience interested in joining in a class-action suit?
