  • I stayed here for the EDC weekend. The staff upfront are friendly and cheery. The room i enjoyed alot. It felt like a small piece of home. It had a desk and chair for any kind of work. It had a decent sized kitchen area with a dishwasher, microwave, stove, and refrigerator. The cupboards had cups and plates, pots and pans, and even silverware! There is a closet near the door when you first walk in, as well as one in the bathroom. The sample shampoo and conditioner was paul mitchell brand. Nice! I encountered the the cleaning staff a couple times as well. They were always very kind and greeted me cheerfully and were happy to strike up a conversation if you wanted. I did have a little trouble with the trip unfortunately due to some misunderstanding with the room rates. I brought this up with the front desk staff who told me it would be an issue i'd need to talk to the manager about. I later talked to the manager, Katie, who was very patient with me and looked into the matter. I have been cheated by alot of businesses in the past who refused to even look at me when i confronted them. When the manager here was helping me it felt like she genuinely cared about my problems. Wow! I had lost so much hope in large businesses, but she helped renew it. She helped correct the issue and actually compensated for the trouble it had caused. She had great customer service and an amazing attitude to top it off. Overall, I would most definitely stay here again. Thank you for the amazing visit!
