Terrible management and HOA. They are available once a week at best, can't keep employees and the residents that rent can never even reach emergency maintenance. It is too bad that it's run so terribly because the grounds are nice and it's a quiet community in a good area. Someone with more competence should talk to the board of directors and get the business as HOA and/or management. They used to hold weekly events for residents and that stopped. Now we can only use the clubhouse one day a week if that because the office staff only comes in once a week.
The board of directors should probably place more focus on the real issues. Instead they worry about banning floaties in the pool area. What a joke...
