  • Absolutely disgraceful! If you want somebody that just pretends to manage your property, go with Rentals America. I made the mistake of trusting them to manage my house in Mesa, and learned the hard way that they suck! The "contractors" they hire to perform maintenance are a complete ripoff to boot! If you want CRAP work done on your house, if you want your house neglected and want to lose thousands of dollars in value, then go with these clowns. No inspections, piss-poor record keeping, horrible lack of communications, the works! If you are unfortunate enough to get Laina, kiss your home's value goodbye
