I have been procrastinating writing this review because I hate to say anything negative about a business in my home town. I am originally from Cleveland but live in CA now. We stayed here for two nights when in town for my husband's cousin's wedding. The hotel is well appointed and centrally located. We had a large room that was clean and comfortable. My Mother in Law made the arrangements. According to her, she called, e-mailed and called again to remind them that she did the reservations with one night a groupon and the other night without. She specifically wanted to make sure there wouldn't be any issues or confusion. But, when I tried to go to my room on the second day to get ready to go to the wedding, I couldn't get in. When I went down to the front desk, they were less than accommodating. They argued with me and wouldn't give me a key as they wanted me to pay for the room. After many discussions and getting my MIL involved, things were figured out. 45 minutes later they finally gave me a key to get into my room which was full of all my things! This left me very little time to get ready for the wedding. After all that, we never got maid service. Also, they were supposed to give us a gift bag from the bride and groom but we never got it so had to ask for it. The restaurant in the lobby is phenomenal though (see my review for Urban Farmer).
