As a current resident I greatly implore you to exhaust all efforts to find a different better managed apartment complex. I do not like to use this forum as a means to complain but I would like to help save others the headache and stress of residing here. We should have known better when we were waiting to sign our lease and a tenant told us "don't move in here!". When we arrived to sign our lease they not only had forgotten to input some information they also completely forgot to add our pets to the lease which then made the $2,000 deposit shoot up to almost $3,000 which we were not prepared for. That was only the beginning of our troubles. The day we moved in our apartment was not move in ready and had not been cleaned. There were holes In he carpet water damage visible in master bedroom and guest bathroom. There were no drip pan on the stove and the Refrigerator does not stay closed just to name a few in a long list of problems. Shortly after we moved in it rained and we discovered that he water damage in the master bedroom is due to a leak that to this day is still not fixed and judging by how the front office personnel reacts when it is brought up they could care less if we were to all get sick from black mold. Not to worry we have been told that roofers have come and fixed the roof on 2 separate occasions but they must be invisible men since they have never been seen. The damage to the ceiling was poorly at best fixed once and for 3 weeks now we have been told that someone will be out to fix it yet nobody ever arrives. For almost $1,500 a month I assure you that you money is best spent elsewhere. Somewhere that they actually do repairs and are not an over priced slum lord.
