| - Hard to explain why you shouldn't go here. Everyone is nice, Keith appears welcoming. He is engaging and has a kind of charisma, but isn't quite as smart on his field of expertise as he thinks he is. Also, the way everyone acts towards/around him is a bit creepy- very cult-like. There is a hush-hush secrecy if anyone says anything negative- literally in volume, but also the way they act (Keith can't find out, his inner circle can't find out) otherwise you get in trouble. I was on good terms for my time here with everyone- but it honestly is not for me. I stayed and played along because I was getting fit and I liked a lot of folks..... but I couldn't stay permanently because of Keith and the cult and how everyone is really. I won't use the term sociopathic, because I'm not a doctor and don't know that exact definition, but he (and most strict followers) all seem that way in terms of how the word is used in most social settings. I would say 'yes, do it' if you are a strong person emotionally/mentally and can see through the opaque layers and get out before its unhealthy. If you need emotional healing as well as physical though, don't try this program- it will suck you in and drain you (financially, emotionally, socially, make you get divorced etc). Also, Keith prefers if both members of a couple join- if not he eventually gets you to leave the other person, fyi. I didn't see it in my time, so perhaps this is urban legend, but there were lots of stories I did not like.
PS- the spinning classes are really awesome! Better than most spinning around, not as good as cycle bar but has smaller sizes (so maybe better, depending on what you are looking for). Some are super hard, others moderate-hard. STILL- only try this program if you are super solid with your mental/emotional self- otherwise you will become a member and be sucked in like a lot of them (nice folks, couldn't see the damage the group was doing to them though)
