  • If you want to be treated like garbage, Dr. Kaplan's office is the place for you. The doctor has no respect for his patients. He is late EVERY SINGLE TIME we see him. And not just 10-15 minutes. We were at that office for over 3 hours the last time - 2 hours in the waiting room. And by "last time" I mean we're never going back. And the office staff? Unquestionably the worst I have ever encountered. Absolute deadbeats. Every one of them. The patient is the least important person in the room. I'm so glad to be rid of that place. I only wish I'd read the other reviews before ever going. Too bad there's not a lower rating that 1 star.
