The first time we boarded our two dogs with Pet Lodge USA, we had a good experience. The second and last time, was completely different. We have a senior dog that has a sensitive stomach. He has been on grain-free food for years. We dropped off our dogs with pre-measured, individual bags of food for each day of their stay and discussed their feeding routine at check-in with Dan. They stayed for a few nights. When I picked the dogs up in the morning, again dealing with Dan, he never mentioned any issues with food/feedings. We weren't home ten minutes when our older dog threw-up a large amount of undigested kibble. Our dogs eat 1x day in the evening but it was clear he was fed that morning. But most importantly, it was easy to see that the thrown-up kibble was not what he was sent with or accustomed to eating--it looked like Kibbles-n-bits. Anyone with a basic knowledge of dogs knows that a complete change in diet like that can cause great trouble and discomfort. Our dog continued to be sick for several days and required a visit to the vet. I would not recommend.
