Well let me start by saying that I like Best Buy and usually enjoy visiting their stores. This visit was different. I was bombarded by four different employees asking if they could help me find anything in under 5 minutes, even though I was holding a product and reading the box. I understand that's just part of their job. Then I was approached by a DirectTV salesman, while I was comparing products that actually expected me to walk away from what if was doing in order to let him try to sell me on his service. I told him I had recently tried them and was disappointed with their products, but he continued to pester me. I sort of expected Best Buy to know better than to allow salesmen to roam their stores harassing customers. Anyway, I checked online comparisons for the same exact products that I was looking at in the store (dual shock4 controller, and charging station) one was nearly 15% cheaper on amazon, and the other was a full 50% cheaper on amazon. Why would I ever go back to Best Buy when I can pay significantly less money, get the same if not better return policies and warranties, and not have to put up with nosy salesmen online? I don't expect this chain to last much longer.
